I started NexGen Talent Lab because the recruitment industry desperately needed a reset.
After years of leading international hiring projects and solving complex workforce challenges for companies like Skanska, Taylor Morrison, Balfour Beatty, and Gensler, I saw the same pattern of agencies selling speed, but delivering surface-level results. So I built something better.
