Complains Policy

We take complaints seriously and aim to resolve them quickly and fairly.

How to complain

Email complaints@nexgentalentlab.com with a description of the issue, dates, names, and any supporting documents. We will acknowledge within 2 working days and aim to respond within 10 working days.

Escalation routes

  • If your complaint concerns data protection, you may contact the ICO (ico.org.uk). If you are a work‑seeker or hirer and believe we breached the Conduct Regulations, you may contact the Employment Agency Standards Inspectorate (EAS). Details: GOV.UK → Employment Agency Standards Inspectorate
