8–12 week free replacement or credit subject to payment on time and continued employment criteria
- Candidate data:
Each party is an independent controller. Where we act as processor under an RPO, the DPA in Section 10 applies.
- Exclusivity/ retained search (if applicable):

- Introductions:
Introduction of a candidate is valid for 12 months from introduction for fee purposes
- Equal opportunities & compliance:
We comply with the Employment Agencies Act 1973 and the Conduct Regulations 2003. We do not discriminate unlawfully.
- Liability
We do not accept liability for loss arising from the candidate’s acts/omissions once engaged. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death/personal injury caused by negligence, or other non‑excludable liability
